We believe nutrient reduction from our rivers and lakes will naturally clean and repair our freshwater system preventing harmful algal blooms and toxic algae. This reduction in nutrients will restore a much needed balance, both economically and environmentally, for America to truly prosper.
We offer the design and construction of a complete Instream Wetland System (IWS). The System is tailored to each site for the removal of excess nutrients and E. coli from our rivers, streams and lakes. The (IWS) will prevent the growth of toxic algae in fresh and brackish water systems that continue to plague our country.
To produce an economically sound, water treatment system, designed to fight toxic algae and restore balance in our rivers and lakes, thus, improving our quality of life, protecting our natural resources and helping our farmers prosper as they feed the world.
During the early days of a young America, Mother Nature was able to balance our farm production and water systems.
Today, farming produces far more food and nutrients than Mother Nature can balance causing excess nutrients to build up and infiltrate our freshwater.
High levels of fertilizer from farming will cause excess phosphorus (P) and nitrogen (N) to go unused and settle in the soil; building up over time.
of all surface water comes from groundwater carrying nutrients causing harmful algal blooms. It is a vicious cycle in need of balance.
Algae are natural, aquatic, plant-like organisms found in marine and fresh water ecosystems throughout the world. They have been around over 1 Billion years.
Algae is a primary producer on the food chain. They are eaten by primary consumers like zooplankton, small fish, and crustaceans. Good algae supports all aquatic life and is fueled by the sun.
When too much phosphorus (P) and nitrogen (N) enter our water systems, algae grows uncontrollably into thick harmful algal blooms, blanketing the water's surface. As a result, vital sunlight is blocked and oxygen levels in the water rapidly deplete. When this happens, toxic algae (cyanobacteria) die, sink to the lake bottom and decompose causing a dead zone. No aquatic life exists in a dead zone.
The intensity of harmful algal blooms (HAB) has continued to increase over the years. This toxic algae continues to adversely affect our drinking water supplies, agriculture, fishing, recreation, and tourism industries; to name a few. Studies indicate that in our country alone, harmful algal blooms are responsible for roughly $4 billion in losses every year to the US economy.

Our 20 plus years of experience in science has enabled us to scientifically test and trial many different forms of bacteria. Over time our research has enabled us to produce an all natural probiotic to treat water by naturally eliminating excess nutrients.
Our all natural probiotic is a combination of enzymes, specifically chosen strains of nutrient eating bacteria, and essential trace minerals to support microbial growth and vitality. Our product is currently being used throughout the United States in small lakes and ponds.
The relationship between inlets and lakes is similar to hearts and veins; one feeds into the other in order to survive. When a heart begins to fail, doctors work on the veins. When a lake begins to fail, we work on the rivers and streams.
Rivers and streams are uniquely different in so many ways. The diversity in parameters dictate the design and engineering of each Instream Wetland System (IWS) we manufacture.
The construction process takes place both onsite and off. Placement and installation of our Instream Wetland System (IWS) will take approximately 45 days.
Municipality partnerships are a must to allow this pace of building. All of the sites are on waterways so the cutting of red tape will allow for fast implementation.
According to the EPA, any change resulting from the State's 2020 goal of 20% phosphorus reduction, will take 13-26 years to detect!
All of our projects are monitored in real time with modern technology. The expected time frame to detect change occurs on a daily basis.
